1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PillEntry.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the application. These terms apply to all users worldwide.

2. Description of Service

PillEntry.com is a free, browser-based pharmacy billing software. It provides: GST/VAT invoice generation, inventory management, purchase tracking, expense recording, sales reports, and related pharmacy management tools. The service is provided free of charge and is supported by advertising revenue.

3. User Responsibilities

You must be a licensed pharmacy owner, manager, or authorised staff member to use this application for professional billing purposes.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data entered, including medicine details, pricing, and customer information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining valid drug licenses and complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940 (India) or equivalent legislation in your country.
You are responsible for your own GST/VAT compliance and tax filing. PillEntry.com generates invoices for reference purposes only and does not constitute tax advice.
You must not use the application for any unlawful purpose, including billing for controlled substances without proper licensing and prescription documentation.
You must keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Data and Backups

PillEntry.com stores your data in your browser's local storage and optionally in Firebase cloud storage. We are not responsible for any loss of data due to browser clearing, device failure, accidental deletion, or service interruption.

You are strongly advised to: (a) enable cloud sync by creating a free account, and (b) regularly download backups from Settings → Download Data to PC. PillEntry.com provides these tools — using them is your responsibility.

5. Free Service & Advertising

PillEntry.com is provided free of charge. In return, the application displays third-party advertisements. By using the service, you agree to the display of these advertisements. We do not guarantee the content or accuracy of third-party advertisements.

6. Intellectual Property

The PillEntry.com name, logo, interface design, and software code are the intellectual property of PillEntry.com. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the software without permission. Your billing data, customer records, and business information belong entirely to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

PillEntry.com is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PillEntry.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption arising from the use of or inability to use this service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed ₹0 (zero), as the service is provided free of charge.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to PillEntry.com at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users, the service, or third parties.

You may stop using the service at any time. To delete your account and data, contact us at pillentrysoftware@gmail.com.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of PillEntry.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
